The Yemeni Islah Party condemned the terrorist attacks that targeted officers and soldiers in the sisterly Republic of Egypt and in Al-Dhali' Governorate in Yemen.

The Acting Secretary-General of the Yemeni Islah Party, MP Abdul Razzaq al-Hajri, said, "The Islah Party condemns the terrorist operation that targeted the Egyptian army yesterday in the Sinai desert, which resulted in the death of an officer and the injury of ten soldiers."

And al-Hajri expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs, to the brotherly Egyptian people and to their political leadership represented by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, praying to God for success for the Egyptian army in everything that would confront terrorism and preserve Egypt’s security and stability.

Likewise, al-Hajri condemned the terrorist operation that targeted leaders and individuals in the security belt in Al-Dhali', which resulted in the fall of martyrs and wounded, and prayed to God for mercy for the martyrs and healing for the wounded.

And al-Hajri called on the competent authorities to quickly conduct an investigation and carry out their responsibilities to confront this phenomenon and prevent its recurrence.

And al-Hajri indicated that terrorism will remain the scourge that targets human life and security and destroys the stability of nations, stressing the need for concerted efforts to confront and eliminate terrorism.
