Text of the statement

Almighty said: “And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah, "They are dead." Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not.”

The Yemeni Islah Party in Taiz Governorate mourns, in particular, for the leaders, members and supporters of the Islah Party, as well as for the Governorate of Taiz and the Yemeni people in general, a strong-willed young man, sincere in tone and a great attitude, namely the martyr Mr. Dhyaa al-Haq al-Ahdal, whom everyone received, this Saturday 23 October 2021, the news of his death as a result of the cowardly and treacherous assassination that targeted the martyr while he leaving his home in the city of Taiz.

At a time when the Yemeni Islah Party in Taiz Governorate mourns for the people and the homeland, and for members of the Islah Party, in particular, this lofty national head, it affirms its masses and all Yemenis that these treacherous terrorist acts that targeting its members here or there will not discourage it from achieving its goals, which are the goals of the two Yemeni revolutions September and October or from continuing its positions, despite the parties to terrorist practices seek to undermine the principled and national positions of the Islah Party.

We also emphasize that the assassination of the martyr leader Dhyaa al-Ahdal al-Ahdal is a targeting of Taiz with all its forces and its solid national positions in the victory for the national and republican project and the resistance to the coup.

The Islah Party was and still knows with certainty that siding with the people and the homeland with clear public positions in defense of the revolution, republic, identity, creed, culture and history will have a heavy price, but they are positions that have no choice and the price that has no alternative, these are positions and prices that no one can offer except those who have dedicated themselves to such principled and historical positions, which cannot be compromised.

The Yemeni Islah Party in the Governorate of Taiz has lost a man who is bold in his stances, dedicated to his performance, loyal to his country and people and loving his party.

The status of the martyr Dhyaa al-Haq al-Ahdal was not hidden and his presence was not dim. Rather, he was very active, whether in the leadership of the Popular Resistance Coordination Council, in which he was rapporteur of the Resistance Council, his leading presence in the February 11 revolution, or as a member of the Executive Office of the Yemeni Islah Party in the Governorate, in addition to his active and persistent role in the prisoners' file.

The Yemeni Islah Party in Taiz Governorate condemns in the strongest terms the sinful hands that carried out this heinous crime and calls on the security authorities to catch the killers and criminals to receive their deterrent punishment. The Yemeni Islah Party in the Governorate also condemns these irresponsible, inflammatory media discourses targeting the Islah Party, in addition to what the terrorist Houthi group has always done.

And the Yemeni Islah Party in the Governorate of Taiz offers its sincere condolences and sympathy to brother Muhammad Dhyaa al-Haq al-Ahdal, his brothers and all family members, as well as all leaders, members and supporters of the Yemeni Islah Party and lovers of the martyr, asking God Almighty to rest him in peace and eternity with his vast mercy and dwell in his vast gardens and inspire everyone patience and solace.
