Friends, the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party

Good evening, gentlemen participating in the festive event

At the outset, it is our pleasure to extend our congratulations on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, which led the renaissance and giant transformations witnessed by the People's Republic of China, and we especially congratulate the Party's leadership, cadres and all the friendly Chinese people.

The importance of this occasion is multiplied because it came under the title "For the happiness of the people.. Responsibility of political parties.” It refers to the deep view of the importance of the role of political parties in the renaissance of peoples, achieving justice, freedom, development, security, peace and creating safe environments for building the foundations of economy and development.

It is also the duty of the political parties to promote the values of justice, equality, peaceful coexistence, safeguarding rights, protecting freedoms and achieving compassion, thus forming a basis for strengthening the foundations of political, economic and social stability. We believe that the People's Republic of China, with its international weight, represents one of the pillars of international peace and security and that the Chinese Communist Party, with its legacy, its history and its popular base, is able to make an effective contribution with the help of partners and friends in promoting these values for the benefit of peoples who aspire to a better future in prosperity, progress and development.

In this context, which is the context of talking about the role of political parties in the renaissance of peoples, we find it an opportunity to talk about what the political life of our country, Yemen, is exposed to, represented by the bulldozing carried out by the coup carried out by the Houthi militia in 2014, which ignited a war against the people and state institutions, committed atrocious crimes and violations, disregarding the popular will and the resolutions of international legitimacy. These militias have focused on targeting political parties, which constitute the most important pillars of democratic political life, and this means that in Yemen we are facing a threat to the security, stability and unity of Yemen, not only that, but the Houthi coup militia poses a threat to international security and peace with its terrorist acts targeting Yemen's neighbors and international navigation. This requires concerted international efforts, foremost of which is the sincere Chinese efforts to support the legitimacy in Yemen and enable it to restore the state and its institutions, in addition to extending its control over the entire territory of Yemen and the return of political life in order for political parties to play their vital role in competing to present programs for development, stability and service to the people. In this regard, we have a difficult but easy path ahead of us, with the support of brothers and friends, in achieving the aspirations of the Yemeni people, who deserve a better life.

In order for the political parties to have a measure of the responsibility entrusted to them in realizing the hopes and aspirations of the people, these parties are required to work on further consolidating human values, crystallizing a system that works to raise the status of human life and preserves rights and freedoms. Perhaps what the world has suffered and is suffering from two years ago as a result of the outbreak of the Coronavirus, makes joint work among the peoples of the world, led by political parties, to promote human values, more in need today than ever before. This is the responsibility of all countries in the world, especially the major countries. We hope that the People's Republic of China and the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, with their international presence and economic capabilities, will work to strengthen these principles and values.

We express our appreciation for the good relations between the Yemeni Islah Party and the Chinese Communist Party, as well as the level of communication and keenness to strengthen it within the framework of the historical relations between our two countries and peoples. We aspire to consolidate and strengthen these relations at various levels, and at the same time, we commend China's role in supporting development efforts in Yemen from an early time, hoping for a better role by supporting efforts to achieve sustainable peace based on the three references of a political solution, as well as in the reconstruction phase.

We renew our congratulations and blessings to our friends on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and this conference, which expresses the party's interest in strengthening its relations with Arab parties. We thank you for your invitation to participate and accept our sincere greetings and wishes.
