During recent months, many variables have emerged in the behavior of the Houthi militia after Iran appointed a military ruler in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, which is controlled by the Houthi militia, where this military ruler is present as Iran's ambassador to Yemen. Unfamiliar scenes began to rise to the surface as a result of the increase in Iranian influence and hegemony in Yemen, in addition to Iran and the Houthis seeking to establish what they call a "State of Al Al-Bayt", which means, (The family of prophet Muhammad), according to public statements by Houthi leaders, at a time when signs of sectarian violence and a genocidal war began to appear, as it occurs in the Al-Haymah area in Taiz governorate.

Hassan Erlo is considered one of the most prominent leaders of the so-called Iranian Revolutionary Guard, which is an Iranian military force, whose main mission is to maintain the ruling sectarian regime in Tehran and military intervention in other countries, as well as to disseminate and protect the principles and ideas of the Khomeinist revolution. Some sources report that Erlo is a military expert who has lived in Houthi-controlled areas for years and oversees the development and manufacture of ballistic missiles and drones that are manufactured by Iranian experts, where the Houthi militia use these missiles to carry out successive attacks targeting populated cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as targeting liberated Yemenicities, such as Marib, Taiz, and others.

New variables and scenes:

After Iran appointed Hassan Erlo as a military ruler in the Houthi-controlled areas, perhaps the most prominent accidental variables in the Yemeni crisis is that Iranian media began publishing statements by Erlo speaking about Yemen in general as if he had become the legitimate ruler of the country, and the last of those statements was the accusation he directed against international organizations of practicing what he described as suspicious activities in Yemen, and he said that there are 170 international organizations working to obliterate civilization and feed what he described as the soft war in Yemen, where he compared the situation in Yemen to the situation that Iran had previously experienced, and said that his country had taken an advanced strategy to restore civilization.

Days before the aforementioned statements, Erlo held a meeting with some representatives of the Palestinian factions in the Houthi-controlled capital, Sanaa, and spoke with them in a manner as if he were an official ruler of Yemen. And media sources report that disputes broke out between Erlo and the Houthi leader Mahdi al-Mashatt, the head of the so-called Houthi political council after Erlo began to try to completely monopolize the Houthi’s decision and confiscate the powers of the group’s leaders who should only implement orders, to the point that at the present time he is the one leading the movements to mobilize the tribes to go out in demonstrations to reject the United States’ decision to classify the Houthi militia as a terrorist organization, as it also charges Iran with sponsoring terrorism and to appoint its ambassadors to terrorist organizations.

Erlo is also working in rapid and overt steps to turn Yemeni society into a sectarian society, for example, the Houthi sectarian courses are no longer held in secret places inside cities and polarize some factions, but sectarianizing has become practiced openly in cities, rural areas and remote areas. In recent days, activists on social networking sites have circulated videos of Houthi teachers teaching young male and female students sectarian ideas accompanied by sectarian rituals such as striking the hands on the chest and other things.

Coinciding with the anniversary of the killing of the terrorist Qassem Soleimani by a US drone in Iraq, Hassan Erlo issued orders to the Houthi militia to hang pictures of Soleimani in all the streets of the capital, Sanaa, and other cities they control, and to finance the printing costs of those pictures from the citizens' looted money under various names, until they appeared Sanaa and the other cities controlled by the Houthis as if they are Iranian counties par excellence.

Since his appointment as military ruler in Sanaa last October, Erlo has been working at a high pace to restructure the Houthi militia, and the beginning was with the assassination of the leader in the group, Hassan Zaid, meaning the liquidation of the group from any components, wings or leaders within it, who questioning their full loyalty to the militia leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, who is considered purely Iranian industry since he studied in it and received his instructions from it and owes it full allegiance. At the same time, Erlo is working to strengthen the main wing of the group affiliated with the Al Houthi family or what is known as the "Saada Wing", which is the most extremist and terrorist wing loyal to Iran and its sabotage project in Yemen and the Arab Mashreq region in general.

In general, several variables have been going on since the emergence of Hassan Erlo in Sana'a as a military ruler with the status of ambassador for camouflage, starting from the increasing efforts to sectarianize the Yemeni society to the intensification of recruitment in the ranks of the militias, the announcement of the arrival of new defense systems and weapons expected, the escalation against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through ballistic missile attacks and drones, the increase in the pace of systematic repression and sectarian violence against peaceful civilians, as is happening in the Al-Haymah area in the governorate of Taiz, as well as the increasing restrictions on citizens, closing personal investment projects, preventing university graduation ceremonies, increasing the looting of citizens, merchants, farmers and companies under various names, most notably support the war effort, and other practices that have transformed the lives of citizens in the Houthi militia-controlled areas into an unbearable hell.

Multiple indications:

There are several indications of the new variables and scenes that have occurred in the behavior of the Houthi militia since last October, when Iran announced the appointment of Hassan Erlo as its ambassador to the militias in Sana'a, who began with provocative public moves, while the Houthi militia escalated their terrorist practices, and the following are the most important indications:

- That Iran would not have taken such a step had it not been for the prolonging of the war that is about to enter its seventh year, the absence of any indications to end the battle against the Houthi coup and the emergence of several militias that do not recognize the legitimate authority and fight it on more than one front, and therefore Iran sees this as a victory for its project. And these Iranian moves come in the context of consolidating its gains and preserving the achievements that serve its sabotage project.

Tehran is still dealing with the conflict in Yemen from the point of view that Sanaa is the fourth Arab capital to fall into the hands of Iran, and that the Persian Empire has returned and its capital is Baghdad. The appointment of a military ruler in Sanaa bearing the status of an ambassador is an affirming that Iran will not neglect the achievements that have been achieved by its militias, since Erlo did not come from the diplomatic field, to disguise that he is just an ambassador, but rather chose someone with a military background, which is an indication that his mission in Sanaa and the various areas controlled by the Houthis will be a purely military mission that has nothing to do with diplomatic work.

- The Houthi militia’s rush behind Hassan Erlo and the implementation of his instructions and directives too much confirms that they are just an Iranian arm, they do not care about the interest of Yemen or the Yemenis. Rather, Iran's interests are preferred even over their own interests, and the services they provide to Iran have exceeded the services provided to Iran by militias similar to them in other Arab countries, and therefore they are ready to sacrifice Yemen, the Yemenis, their fighters and their supporters, and even their leaders, in order to serve Iran and its sabotage project.

- All the variables that have not yet fully emerged confirm that the behavior of the Houthi militia outweighs the behavior of the worst groups of violence and terror in the world, and perhaps the increase in its terrorist behavior in recent months is what prompted the American administration to classify it as a terrorist organization and classify its senior leaders as international terrorists, in the forefront of which is the leader of the militias Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, after the US administration has been hesitant to take such a step for several years.

Impact limits:

There is no doubt that the growing behavior of the terrorist Houthi militia and the increase in Iranian arrogance in most governorates of northern Yemen will greatly affect - not only on the course of the war on the coup - but also will affect the already exhausted citizens, after looting the salaries of government employees, restrictions on the private sector, the looting of aid, compulsory recruitment, fabricating crises in oil derivatives and increasing taxes and customs on various commodities whose prices have become very high, until the humanitarian crisis in Yemen has become the worst crisis in the world, due to the greed and thievishness of the Houthi militia.

Perhaps the most dangerous thing is that the Iranian Hassan Erlo, who became the ruler and main commander of the Houthi militia, was moved by an eradicating combat doctrine directed against Sunni Muslims, and Iran had previously generalized it in Syria and Iraq, and it is currently being implemented in the Al-Haymah area in Taiz governorate and will be implemented later in other regions unless the international community moves to put an end to the crimes of the terrorist Houthi militia, and unless the legitimate authority and the Arab Alliance supporting it move to speed up the military end against the Houthi militia coup, which has become a threat to Yemen and its regional neighborhood and also threatens the world's interests by this militia targeting the international trade route passing through the Bab al-Mandab Strait with missile attacks, booby-trapped boats, sea mines and else.
