The deputy head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party, Mr. Adnan al-Audayni, said, "International organizations are called upon to reconsider their modus operandi."

In his post on his Facebook account, al-Audayni added, “International organizations have diverted relief funds to one of the causes of war and disrupting peace opportunities so that as a result they are as if they are partners in the war being waged by the Houthi group against the Yemeni people since it brought down the political process before five years".

He mentioned that humanitarian aid may turn into a real threat to peace if it is placed in the hands of a group that does not see that there is work worthy of funding other than war because the group working to harness everything in the country for the benefit of its war against society, including the salaries of state employees, then the money of the humanitarian aid certainly will not escape from it.

Al-Audayni pointed out that the Houthi group does not see what the government employee is doing as a job that deserves to be given a salary, even though this employee gives his entire time to do his job, so how will the situation be with other people who are entitled to aid from those affiliated with those who stay behind? As a result, there has been an increase in the number of cases of aid being plundered and sold on the black market, and he wondered: Did the international organizations investigate this phenomenon?

He said, "The group that plundered public money confiscated the monetary reserve and continued the looting process until it shared the profits of property owners from large and small merchants and confiscated the homes and properties of their opponents; could it be a path way for the funds of the humanitarian aid?!"

He added, "The Houthis have rebuilt the economic system in the country on the basis of the war and the requirements for its continuation and labor jobs have been re-engineered so that fighting becomes a business master and every person who does not fight by himself or give his money for the fighters' war is a hypocrite and traitor to the homeland, where there is no work but on the battlefronts, there are no dues for those who did not join the fighting fronts, even if they are from the categories that the aid came for."

Al-Audayni emphasized that the humanitarian situation is no longer able to justify the flow of money into the hands of a group, at a time this money comes in the name of people whom it impoverished and turned them into people whom the world looks upon with pity. If this group cared for them, it would not have plundered their national resources and used them as a war effort to kill them.

At the conclusion of his post, al-Audayni asked, "Is it not enough for the Yemeni to be killed with a bullet that was purchased with his looted money in order for him to be killed again with humanitarian aid money?"
