The Yemeni Islah Party issued a statement condemning the treacherous terrorist attack that targeted the commander of the Fourth Brigade, Brigadier General Osama Abdul Karim Mohsen al-Radfani, which resulted in his martyrdom along with a number of his companions in the Al-Abr area of ​​Hadhramawt Governorate.

The statement reads as follows:

The Yemeni Islah Party strongly condemns the treacherous terrorist crime that targeted the commander of the Fourth Brigade, Brigadier General Osama Abdul Karim Mohsen al-Radfani, and resulted in his martyrdom along with a number of his companions in the Al-Abr area of ​​Hadramawt Governorate.

This cowardly crime is a criminal and terrorist act that contradicts the teachings of Islam and violates human values ​​and tribal customs. Like other assassinations, it poses a serious threat to security and stability in the liberated governorates.

The Islah Party calls on the relevant security authorities to act swiftly and decisively to uncover the details of the crime, identify the perpetrators, and ensure their prosecution and trial to receive appropriate punishment for their actions. It also emphasizes the necessity for relevant institutions to fulfill their responsibilities in protecting leaders who play a pivotal role in the national struggle to end the coup and restore state institutions, and to work towards unifying the national ranks to confront the Houthi militia and counter the Iranian project. The party demands swift action to uncover and apprehend the terrorist cells that seek to target these leaders.

Islah extends its deepest condolences to the family of Brigadier General Al-Radfani and the families of his companions and comrades, praying to God Almighty to grant the martyrs His abundant mercy and a noble abode in Paradise, and to grant a speedy recovery to the wounded.
