The head of the Information and Culture Department of the Yemeni Islah Party in Taiz governorate, Ahmed Othman, said that the accusation of the Islah Party by the Al-Sharea Newspaper of kidnapping its correspondent is an act that reveals its role in falsifying the facts and a terrible vocational fall.

In his Facebook post, Othman considered this accusation to be a moral fall that reveals the decline of some people in tampering with the task of word and disregard of the truth and readers, and blackening of the important clean role of the profession of journalism as a fourth power.

He stressed that the newspaper is supposed to support the rest of the state authorities and their institutions in a arthropod battle taking place to save the homeland and defend the people and the state and the republican system in front of acquisitive projects aimed at the existence and identity of the people and use all dirty means in its war against Yemen and its people.

He said that the newspaper and the local authority had to follow the path of good logic, sincere word, and resort to the law and the spirit of the Constitution responsibly.

Othman pointed out that the editor of Al-Sharea Newspaper issued a strange statement claiming that Islah Party kidnapped the newspaper's distributor and confiscated the newspapers through its gunmen and militias, adding: "it's funny!"

The head of the Information of the Islah Party in Taiz said: "He is referring here to the authority in Taiz and its security apparatus, which he had to face it with the nobility of the knights and the force of law, in a manner that befits the prestige and honor of the press, wherewith these vulgar allegations, he proved that he and his newspaper do not represent Her Majesty."

Othman explained that the chief editor's allegations against the Islah Party is slander and assault against a civilian party and targeting the existence of the state in order to shape the image of its institutions as a party militias!

He pointed out that the accusation of the chief editor of the Al-Sharea Newspaper is a very cheap propaganda is done like broadcasting war rumors run by the opaque chambers, against the authority, the army and institutions affiliated to the legitimacy as a goal of the mission of the newspaper through its materials devoted to smash the state and slander the Islah Party.

He stressed that the editor-in-chief of Al-Sharea Newspaper has taken the Islah Party as a cover to pass a systematic policy against the legitimate authority in order to serve the adversaries of the Yemeni state and a hostile agenda in this sensitive circumstance of the history of our people and its historical ordeal.
