The statement as received:

Today is the anniversary of the April 18 abductees Day that has been declared by the mothers of abductees to be a day against the crime of abduction, concealment and torture in Yemen, and to hold those responsible for the violations against the abductees, the forcibly disappeared and the arbitrarily detainees.

In this protest, we call upon the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the Attorney General and the Minister of the Interior to carry out their national and legal responsibilities towards our sons the sons of the homeland in order to preserve their dignity and freedom and to work for protecting them and showing those who have been forcibly and unjustly imprisoned for more than three years without legal justification as well as expedite their return to their families.

We also demand accountability for those responsible for kidnapping, hiding and torture, and every person who has violated the rights of our sons arbitrarily detained in the prison of Bir Ahmed through insulting and beating them for the third time, as well as depriving mothers of visiting their children until the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
