The head of the parliamentary bloc of the Yemeni Islah Party, MP Abdul Razzaq al-Hajiri, urged the government to implement a number of demands for the government to reform the path of government performance and repair the existing imbalances.

In his speaking at the session of the House of Representatives held on Sunday in the city of Sayaun in Hadramout, he called on the government to reduce the number of ministries and the number of members of the government so as not to exceed fifteen ministers only.

In the session devoted to the discussion of the state budget for the year 2019, the head of the parliamentary bloc for Islah Party stressed the need to prevent any military formations outside the framework of the state.

He stressed the government to pay salaries of employees of the armed forces on a regular basis and monthly, as well as the payment of salaries of state employees in all governorates.

He called on the government to reconsider the administrative and diplomatic appointments made according to kinship and favoritism.
