The organized and systematic terrorism that has been aimed at the Yemeni Islah Party had begun since preparations for the coup by the Houthi militia with the cooperation of its ally, former President Ali Saleh, against the legitimate authority. What is remarkable here is that before and after the coup directly, the Houthi militias stormed the headquarters of the Islah Party, looted its contents, detonated some of them and turned some of the rest into headquarters for its elements. This coincided with the pursuit and arrest of the leaders and members of the party, taking some of them as human shields through imprisoning them in the arms' stores and other places that are legitimate targets for the aircraft of the Arab Alliance.

Later, other terrorist groups began targeting the leaders, members, and activists of the Islah Party in several governorates, just like the terrorist Houthi militias do. The following is a review of the most prominent terrorist operations targeting the leaders, cadres, and members of the Islah Party in several governorates. In this episode, this review will cover all terrorist operations that occurred from late 2014 until the end of 2016:

- October 19, 2014: Houthi gunmen detonate the house of the leader in the Islah Party in Yarim city of Ibb governorate, Mr. Ali Badir, killing his son and nephew, and then laying a mine in his son's body.

- November 18, 2014: The assassination of the Assistant Secretary General of the Yemeni Islah Party in Taiz governorate, Mr. Sadiq Mansour al-Haidari, by planting an explosive device under his car.

- November 17, 2015: Houthi militias storm the house of businessman and leader in the Islah Party, Mr. Abdul Salam al-Shamiri in Bajel city in Hodeidah, and kill him in his bedroom.

- November 18, 2015: The assassination of the leader in the Islah Party, Mr. Nayef al-Jumaei, in Damt city with a pistol as he left after dawn prayers from a mosque in the city.

- February 11, 2016: The assassination of the head of the Islah Party branch in the Hubaish district in Ibb governorate, Mr. Muhammad al-Shami and his son Yusuf (10 years), as a result of a terrorist attack targeted him during he leaving the mosque after isha' prayer.

- March 28, 2016: Gunmen on a motorcycle assassinate Sheikh Ali al-Ansi, a member of the Islah Party Shura Council, in front of his house in al-Jamarik neighborhood north of Dhamar city.

- April 11, 2016: The martyrdom of Colonel Nasr al-Rubiya, a member of Dhali' governorate, in an ambush that targeted him in an area between Shabwa and Marib governorates while his way to follow up the resistance's situations. In the same incident, Sheikh Ali al-Matari, one of Damt's Sheiks also martyred.

- April 15, 2016: The Houthi militias kill Bashir al-Shahra, the preacher of the Grand Mosque in the ancient city of Ibb, in a horrifying way in front of his wife and children, pulling his body on the ground around the house.

- April 23, 2016: Gunmen on a motorcycle assassinate the leader in the Islah Party, Mr. Hassan al-Ya'ri, the head of the Islah Party Shura Council in Dhamar governorate, by shooting him in front of his house while returning from noon prayers.

- July 13, 2016: The assassination of the leader in the Popular Resistance Hamdi Hammoud in the city of Taiz.

- July 24, 2016: The assassination of a member of the military junta affiliated to the resistance of Ibb, Malek Ahmad Abdullah Khorasan, by gunmen in Tahrir Street in the city of Taiz.

- July 27, 2016: The leader in the Islah Party, Abdul Qawi al-Jayid, was killed in the Bani Bahloul district of Sana'a governorate by throwing two hand grenades during the Maghrib prayer. In this terrorist operation, four people were killed, including this leader and 13 others injured.

- August 15, 2016: Gunmen on a motorcycle assassinate the head of the Judicial Department of the Islah Party in Mansoura Directorate in Aden, Sheikh Saleh Hulais.

- 15 August 2016: Gunmen on a motorcycle assassinate a member of the Shura Council of the Islah Party in Dhamar governorate, Saleh al-Anhami.

- December 29, 2016: The assassination of the leader in the Islah Party, Fahd Mohsen al-Hashidi, in the area of al-Wakash in Jiblah district in the governorate of Ibb, with an improvised explosive device planted next to his house.
